The 4-hour DVRT workshop is designed to be an introduction to the principles, concepts, and teaching methods of DVRT and the workshop is going to showcase a wide range of functional fitness tools (Kettlebells, Ultimate Sandbags, Resistance Bands, Suspension Trainers and Core Sliders) to transform your fitness programs.

The goal of the DVRT workshops is to provide you the insights to DVRT as a system, but to also give you immediate tools and drills to help you improve your clients. This continuing education opportunity believes in overdelivering so that you can see how DVRT is truly a solution to both training businesses and programs.

Whether you are training one on one, small group, or team based training, the DVRT system is designed to give you the ability to work with a wide variety of abilities while providing a customized approach. From corrective exercise, functional strength, and drills to build high-performance training, you will get an incredible amount of exercises and education in just our four-hour program.

  • 12 month worth of programming which you can plug straight into your business and take all the credit from your clients. I have done the exact same process in my small group training business where I keep my clients for 6+ years. This will create more mental space for you knowing that your programming is covered for a year (or even more as that year can be repeated multiple times).

 

  • The goal is to provide you the programming knowledge so that you can keep your clients longer and provide an outstanding experience. The DVRT system makes it easier to develop solutions for your clients and helps you stop guessing, but knowing the RIGHT exercises and programs for your clients needs.

 

  • Discover how to avoid the common mistakes of functional training and how to develop hundreds of exercises that train real world strength and fitness through simple to use concepts.  Identify movement compensations that are holding you and your clients back from reaching their training goals and how to address them with dynamic, fun, and effective exercises.

 

  • We’re going to do a hands on workshop where we’ll go through all exercises and at the end you will also receive the 12 months program with video links to all the exercises, so you know which ones which.
